Mark joined Downings IT Support in February 2004, he is completely self taught in the world of IT and brings with him, 10 or so years of experience through looking after and building his own PCs and occasionally helping family and friends along with theirs, whether it be a problem with an existing machine or needing assistance to upgrade or set up a new PC, he was never more pleased to assist.
After four years working at for a bathroom design company, initially employed as a Data Entry Clerk, which allowed him to expand his knowledge of Microsoft Access, and also suggest, and even program, some improvements to the system he was adding data to, to eventually move up to Assistant Bathroom Designer. This involved drawing bathroom plans from the Designers measurements, and then discussing and drawing up plans for the Designer, which were then presented to the customers. Initially, these plans were worked in 2D but, in order to increase sales, drawings were eventually brought into the 3rd dimension, allowing customers to actually “fly” around their newly designed Virtual Bathroom.
